Mitie secures five-year contract with the 政府产业署

The contract will come into service on 1 November 2023 and will run for an initial period of five years with renewal options up to two years.

The new contract is part of the GPA’s ongoing Workplace Services Transformation Programme (WSTP), which exists to evolve how the 政府’s office estate is managed and operated. With key focus areas of the WSTP including supporting SMEs and driving towards zero carbon buildings, Mitie will also deliver initiatives to contribute to the GPA’s social value commitments. This includes community ‘spring clean’ litter picking 事件 and supporting local career fairs, as well as investing in the next generation of talent and up-skilling current employees through apprenticeships.
